Jennifer Aniston has revealed that, despite her serene and confident image, she suffers from an “extreme fear of flying.” In an interview with Travel + Leisure, the 56-year-old actress confessed that for a long time she resorted to superstitions such as touching the plane with her right hand or getting on with her right foot. However, she has now found a more effective method: hypnosis.

“I’ve been doing hypnosis lately, and one of the requirements is to get rid of all those superstitions,” she shared. “I wasn’t doing that right hand, right foot thing anymore, and now it’s incredibly good!”
